Prime Lands is one of Sri Lanka's leading residential developers, with a portfolio built over decades and a reputation that opens doors in Colombo. When the group planned a development for the country's younger buyers, the brief could have been another apartment launch with a different colour of hoarding.

Prime Group and Melwa set out to build the only marina-front residential address in Port City Colombo. The location already did the segmentation. The brand had to make that readable before anyone was asked to read a paragraph.

Amarja

A residential name that had to feel like an address, not a launch.

Amarja is a residential brand programme. Copy and images are until the Figma export lands. The page already follows the YOLO case-study structure so slots can be filled without rebuilding layout.

UG NOVA

A residential brand that had to feel lived in before anyone moved in.

UG NOVA is a Unicorn Global residential programme. Figma still carries leftover Pranaa subcopy on the hero. Structure and image grids are in. Final line and export come next.

The thirtieth project still had to feel like the first argument.

Prime 30 is a Prime Group residential programme. Image grids follow the Figma frame. Copy is a holding structure so exports can drop in without a rebuild.
