Transformations ·

Brands we've built and transformed.

Thirty-two transformations · Seven sectors

Trend Micro
Trend Micro · Enterprise technology

The strongest brands evolve before they have to.

Trend Micro had three decades of authority in enterprise cybersecurity and the market position to prove it. Its products had evolved, its customers had evolved, and the category had changed around all of them. A business operating across 65 countries had grown faster than any single brand system could comfortably hold. The opportunity wasn't correction. It was consolidation. One language capable of carrying the next decade, so that scale compounds rather than fragments.

The Pahadi Story Honey
The Pahadi Story Honey · Consumer wellness, honey

In a category that sells purity, this one published the proof.

Himalayan honeydew honey from Champawat, launched as Truth Batch 01. Every claim graded before it was written. The product page built around a laboratory report, not a tasting note.

The Pahadi Story
The Pahadi Story · Consumer wellness, D2C

The one brand in this portfolio with no client on the other side of the table.

The Pahadi Story is a Himalayan wellness brand built on provenance. Chai, herbal infusions and honey, sourced from the hills and told in the voice of the people who live there. It has been trading since 2020, direct to consumer, across marketplaces and into corporate gifting.

YOLO
YOLO · Residential real estate

Real estate sells square feet. This one had to sell a life.

Prime Lands is one of Sri Lanka's leading residential developers, with a portfolio built over decades and a reputation that opens doors in Colombo. When the group planned a development for the country's younger buyers, the brief could have been another apartment launch with a different colour of hoarding.

SFC Environmental
SFC Environmental · Environmental technology

A pioneer that had never needed to explain itself.

A proven wastewater company with modular systems across India, and a brand that said less about it than the work deserved.

Phillip Capital
Phillip Capital · Financial services · Wealth

The category changed. The client chose not to.

Investing in India moved to the screen. A generation of platforms made trading instant, cheap and self-serve, and the whole category began speaking in the language of speed and access. Phillip Capital reached a decision point every established firm eventually faces: follow the shift, or state plainly what it is instead.

Hindustan Waste Treatment
Hindustan Waste Treatment · Environmental technology

A company that builds the proof, not the promise.

Hindustan Waste Treatment builds and operates municipal solid waste treatment plants across India, turning what cities discard into Compressed Biogas and recovered material. It is part of the SFC group, and its sites are the ones municipalities send other municipalities to see.

Popcorn Passion
Popcorn Passion · FMCG snacking

Anticipation before the first bite.

A category leader most of its consumers had never heard of. For more than twenty five years Popcorn Passion supplied popcorn and fun food to the cinemas, entertainment venues and food businesses of the Gulf. Retail and D2C needed a brand that could be chosen in an aisle, not only called by a buyer.

Prime Marina
Prime Marina · Residential real estate

The address above the ocean.

Prime Group and Melwa set out to build the only marina-front residential address in Port City Colombo. The location already did the segmentation. The brand had to make that readable before anyone was asked to read a paragraph.

Nutrimay
Nutrimay · Food, healthy snacking

Healthy snacking sells restraint. This one had to sell the lift.

Nutrimay is a premium dry fruits and healthy snacking brand. BBT built the identity and the system that governs it, from the wordmark and palette through typography to the guide that tells everyone downstream how the brand is allowed to behave.

DesiNutri
DesiNutri · Food, D2C

India's oldest grain, and a generation that had never learned to cook it.

Skandhanshi Agro Foods set out to build a consumer brand around millets, the grain that fed Indian households for generations before convenience quietly moved it off the shelf. BBT partnered with the founders from the ground up, from strategy and naming through to packaging architecture and launch.

ChhattisKala
ChhattisKala · Public and social

A state full of makers, and no single name the world could recognise them by.

Delivered in alliance with PwC, ChhattisKala is the official umbrella brand of Chhattisgarh, a flagship initiative of Bihan, the state rural livelihoods mission. It gathers the craft of artisans, the produce of farmers and the enterprise of women's self help groups under one identity.

Divine 5
Divine 5 · Entertainment IP, publishing

A storyverse that had to feel like a world, not a cover.

Divine 5 is a sci-soul storyverse from MyndCanvas: five siblings representing Asmaan in a virtual-reality championship that blurs fantasy and the real. BBT built the brand around the world, not only the first volume.

Amarja
Amarja · Residential real estate

A residential name that had to feel like an address, not a launch.

Amarja is a residential brand programme. Copy and images are placeholders until the Figma export lands. The page already follows the YOLO case-study structure so slots can be filled without rebuilding layout.

Ncourage
Ncourage · Social impact

A social enterprise that had to look like a brand people would choose.

Ncourage Social Enterprise Foundation, an initiative of Tata Chemicals, builds livelihood through produce and craft. This page is structured from the Figma case frame. Body copy in Figma still carries leftover Pranaa text and will be rewritten when the export is locked.

UG NOVA
UG NOVA · Residential real estate

A residential brand that had to feel lived in before anyone moved in.

UG NOVA is a Unicorn Global residential programme. Figma still carries leftover Pranaa subcopy on the hero. Structure and image grids are in. Final line and export come next.

Prime 30
Prime 30 · Residential real estate

The thirtieth project still had to feel like the first argument.

Prime 30 is a Prime Group residential programme. Image grids follow the Figma frame. Copy is a holding structure so exports can drop in without a rebuild.

House of Himalayas
House of Himalayas · Government, public brand

A state's hills, given one name the market could hold.

House of Himalayas is a government-backed state brand programme delivered with PwC India. The Figma page is in. Copy here is a holding structure until the export and legal line are locked.

Hilans
Hilans · Food, Himalayan produce

A hillside kitchen that had to hold its own on a city shelf.

Hilans is a Himalayan food brand covering jam, pickle, rice and store. The Figma page is image-heavy. Slots below match those grids so the export can drop in file by file.

Augmont
Augmont · Gold, financial products

Gold that had to feel like a brand, not a rate card.

Augmont is a gold brand programme. Figma grids are in. Copy is a holding structure until the export and the approved line land.

RSB
RSB · Industrial, engineering

Fifty years of engineering, given a voice that could celebrate without softening.

RSB is an engineering brand programme built around fifty years of work. Figma grids include team, identity, environment and the golden-ratio idea. Copy is a holding structure until the export lands.
